This sweet and salty bozzy dairy-free ice cream might be my new favorite thing!
A few years ago Baileys started making a vegan Irish cream called Almande Almondmilk liqueur.
I’ve been vegan for 17 years so I hadn’t had Baileys in a long time, I was so excited to finally try the dairy-free version. I wasn’t disappointed. It’s just as delicious as I remember.
And it pairs phenomenally with salted caramel.
There are vegan caramel sauces on the market, but it’s also very easy to make your own.

A delicious combination of Baileys Irish cream and salted caramel sauce in a vegan ice cream.
Ingredients
Scale
1 quart vegan vanilla ice cream (I used So Delicious)
1/2 Cup Baileys Almande Almondmilk liqueur
1/4 Cup vegan butter (I used Miyoko)
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup almond milk
1/4 Cup Agave
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
In a small saucepan over medium heat combine the vegan butter, sugar, almond milk, and agave. Stir until everything is well combined and bring to a boil. Once it starts boiling stop stirring it. Let it continue to boil until it turns to an amber color.
Remove from heat and add the vanilla and salt. Allow to cool for 15 minutes.
Set the ice cream on the counter for a few minutes to let it soften slightly.
In a large bowl combine the ice cream and Baileys using an electric mixer.
Fold in the caramel. Don’t over mix, you want there to be swirls or caramel sauce.
