Quick, rich, and satisfying. These vegan mug brownies are ready in under five minutes. Simply mix the ingredients together in the mug and then pop it into your microwave!
Ingredients

- 3 Tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of baking powder
- 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp mini vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
In a microwave save mug mix together the sugar, cocoa powder, flour, salt, and powder. Add the coconut oil, applesauce, and vanilla extract. Make sure the dry ingredients at the bottom of the mug get mixed. Next, add the chocolate chips and mix again. Sprinkle a few more chocolate chips on top (optional).
Microwave on high for 90 seconds or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Allow it to cool slightly.
