A quick and easy snack packed with chocolate and coffee. Gluten-free|Vegan


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup ground flax seeds
  • 1/3 cup hemp hearts
  • 2 Tbsp baking cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp instant coffee powder
  • 1 1/4 cup dates
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chip

Instructions

  1. In a food processor grind the pecans, flax, hemp hearts, cocoa, and coffee until it’s a fine consistency.
  2. Add the dates and process until everything starts to stick together.
  3. Add the chocolate chips and pulse until they are broken into small pieces.
  4. Form into one inch balls.
