- 1 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup ground flax seeds
- 1/3 cup hemp hearts
- 2 Tbsp baking cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tsp instant coffee powder
- 1 1/4 cup dates
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chip
Instructions
- In a food processor grind the pecans, flax, hemp hearts, cocoa, and coffee until it’s a fine consistency.
- Add the dates and process until everything starts to stick together.
- Add the chocolate chips and pulse until they are broken into small pieces.
- Form into one inch balls.
