- 1/2 avocado
- 3 cup unsweetened Ripple
- 3 tbsp hemp hearts
- 4 tbsp MCT oil or coconut oil
- 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
- a few drop stevia (optional)
- 1 cup ice

- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
