  • 1/2 cup quick oats
  • 3 Tbsp hemp hearts
  • 2 Tbsp candied ginger chopped
  • 1 Tbsp moringa
  • 1 tsp brown sugar or to taste
  • pinch pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup pepitas

Instructions

  1. In a small pot combine the oats, hemp, ginger, moringa, sugar, pie spice, and water. Bring to a boil then remove from heat. Stir in pumpkin seeds. Top with fruit if desired.
