- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 3 Tbsp hemp hearts
- 2 Tbsp candied ginger chopped
- 1 Tbsp moringa
- 1 tsp brown sugar or to taste
- pinch pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup pepitas
Instructions
- In a small pot combine the oats, hemp, ginger, moringa, sugar, pie spice, and water. Bring to a boil then remove from heat. Stir in pumpkin seeds. Top with fruit if desired.
