Delicious vegan chocolate truffles made with Almande Almondmilk liqueur.
1 Cup vegan butter (I used Earth Balance)
1 Cup vegan chocolate chips
1/2 Cup cocoa powder, powdered sugar, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or another topping (optional)
Heat the butter over medium heat until boiling. Add the Almande Almondmilk liqueur and stir.
Remove from heat and add the chocolate chips. Let sit for a few minutes and then stir until it’s well combined.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
Scoop the chocolate into bite-sized balls. Roll them in between your hands to even out their shape if necessary.
Roll the truffles in the topping of your choice
