Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Minute rice
  • 2 Tbsp powdered coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp raisins
  • 2 tsp sugar (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp ground flax seeds
  • pinch cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Combine the dry ingredients and store in an air-tight container.
  2. To prepare, add mixture with water in a pot and bring to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes.
