- 1 1/2 cup soy milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup Earth Balance
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a heavy-bottomed saucepan over medium heat combine soy milk and sugar. Stir frequently until the sugar has dissolved. Avoid letting it boil.
- Turn the heat to low and continue to simmer until there is only one cup of liquid left.
- Remove from heat and add Earth Balance and vanilla.
