It seems like we always make sure to serve it at Thanksgiving, but then it disappears for the rest of the year. I’m not sure why that is because cranberries are super delicious!

An easy and tasty cranberry sauce.
12oz fresh cranberries
Zest and juice of one orange
1/2 cup agave
1 tsp ground ginger
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Heat over medium heat until the cranberries begin to pop and the sauce begins to thicken about 15 mins.
Remove from heat. Chill and serve.
