- 6 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup canned coconut milk
- 1 3/4 unsweetened almond milk
- 5–10 drops stevia (or to taste)
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp lemon zest
- Mix all ingredients together.
