Chia seed pudding is a great breakfast.

It’s high in protein, and fiber, which will keep you satisfied until lunch.

It’s also really easy to make.

Simply mix the ingredients together the night before, leave in the refrigerator overnight, and you’ll have a breakfast that’s ready to go in the morning.

Description

This coconut lemon chia seed pudding is an easy power-packed breakfast. It’s a great low carb option, containing only 4 net carbs. Vegan |Gluten-free


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1 3/4 unsweetened almond milk
  • 5–10 drops stevia (or to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Refrigerate overnight.
