Description

Lemon, ginger, and coconut infused granola.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 Cups rolled oats
  • 2 Cups sliced almonds
  • 3/4 Cup shredded coconut
  • Zest and juice from one lemon
  • 1/2 Cup chopped candied ginger
  • 1/4 Cup sugar
  • 1/4 Cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 Cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 250 degrees F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. Spread over large baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 1 hour and 15 mins. Stirring every 15 min.
