Food Fight 3-Day Vegan Backpacking Menu

Portland is a very vegan-friendly city.

It even has a vegan mini-mall featuring Sweetpea Bakery, Herbivore Clothing, Scapegoat Tattoo, and Food Fight a vegan grocery store.

I love this place! They have so many vegan products that are hard to find anywhere else. Including this like white chocolate and marshmallows!

They also have a lot of products that are perfect for backpacking.

This is a 3-day backpacking menu almost exclusively from items from Food Fight.  The only things I didn’t buy there were the nuts.

If you don’t live near Portland you might be able to find these products at a health food store or online.
