Description

This warm and hearty is incredibly satisfying and only takes a few minutes to prepare.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup Edward & Son’s Roasted Garlic Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Bac’uns
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp taco seasoning
  • 1 1/4 cup boiling water

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the dry ingredients and store in an airtight container.
  2. To prepare, add boiling water to the dry ingredients, stir, and let sit for 10 mins.

    Breakfast rice, bars and sweet potatoes are some of my favorites! I make a yummy pumpkin granola, too.

    I see a few recipes that I will be adding to my next backpacking prep list. Usually we go oats or ramen, but on long trips, it gets a little old. Thanks for the ideas!
