This warm and hearty is incredibly satisfying and only takes a few minutes to prepare.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Edward & Son’s Roasted Garlic Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Bac’uns
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp taco seasoning
- 1 1/4 cup boiling water
Instructions
- Combine all of the dry ingredients and store in an airtight container.
- To prepare, add boiling water to the dry ingredients, stir, and let sit for 10 mins.

I see a few recipes that I will be adding to my next backpacking prep list. Usually we go oats or ramen, but on long trips, it gets a little old. Thanks for the ideas!
