This anti-inflammatory smoothie is a quick and healthy way to start your morning.

It combines lemons, ginger, traumatic, coconut milk, almond milk, and is naturally sweetened with bananas.

Description

This delicious dairy-free anti-inflammatory smoothie is a great way to start your morning.


Scale

Ingredients

The zest and juice of 1/2 a lemon

1/2 inch ginger grated

1/4 tsp turmeric 

1 banana

1/4 Cup full-fat coconut milk

1/4– 1/2 Cup almond milk

1 Cup ice


Instructions

Combine all of the ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.

    Yumm, it sounds great! I’ve just made a similar one, from frozen banana, coconut milk and a strawberry ‘n’ cream flavoured vegan protein powder! Gosh, I love smoothies. 🙂 I think I will try yours next time. 😉 Can I use powdered ginger or the fresh one is better?
